Welcome to Letz Get Lit. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our Christmas light installation services. By hiring us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Scope Of Services

Letz Get Lit provides the following services:

  • Residential holiday lighting
  • Commercial holiday lighting displays
  • Permanent Govee Pro & Prism custom installation
  • All-inclusive packages (design, rendering, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage)
  • 3-year contract for discounted pricing

Customer Guidelines

When you hire Letz Get Lit, you agree to the following guidelines:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to your property for installation and maintenance.
  • Ensure power sources are available and suitable for the installation.
  • Communicate any specific requirements or concerns before the installation date.
  • Agree to the specified payment terms.

Service Limitations

Our service has the following limitations:

  • Additional lighting beyond the agreed-upon scope is not included.
  • We are not responsible for damage or vandalism to the installed lights or property.
  • We are not liable for "Acts of God" (e.g., natural disasters).
  • Letz Get Lit is not responsible for damages outside of our insurance coverage or caused by conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or pre-existing electrical issues.
  • If client doesn't sign agreement prior to installation

Potential Issues And Liabilities

Please be aware of the following potential issues:

  • Installation may cause chipped paint on structures.
  • Installed lights could pose a fire hazard if not properly maintained.
  • Installation may be delayed due to weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, or labor shortages.

Payment Terms And Contract Information

Our payment terms and contract information are as follows:

  • For 3-year contracts, a 50% deposit is required each year by August 1st.
  • Clients cannot cancel a 3-year contract unless the property is sold, and proof of sale is provided to Letz Get Lit.
  • If a client cancels a 3-year contract without selling the property, they must pay the full price for the remaining years in the contract.
  • Late payments subject to loss of discount and added fees.
  • Pricing may increase due to labor increases, inflation, additional lights, or the growth of bushes/trees.
  • Pricing will never go below the floor pricing of year 1.

Rescheduling And Cancellations

Rescheduling and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability, especially during the peak holiday season.
  • Installations may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather, labor shortages, inventory issues, or shipping delays.
  • Customers may be entitled to a pro-rated refund for deposits paid in case of cancellation.

Letz Get Lit is not liable for issues beyond our control. While our team is licensed and insured, we are not responsible for damages outside of coverage or caused by conditions beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, pre-existing electrical issues).

Welcome to IllumiPro Designer+ (“IllumiPro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IllumiPro Designer+ platform, including our website, mobile applications, desktop applications, tools, features, content, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using IllumiPro Designer+, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use IllumiPro Designer+. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and notifying us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

IllumiPro Designer+ is a subscription-based SaaS platform.

Plans

  • Monthly Plan: $99/month

  • Annual Plan: $1,000/year

  • Free Trial: 3-day trial (payment method required)

Billing

  • Payments are processed through Square

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.

4. Use of the Platform

IllumiPro Designer+ is designed to help lighting businesses design, visualize, estimate, manage, and scale operations.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or resell the software

  • Interfere with platform performance or security

  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI Features & Design Tools

IllumiPro Designer+ may include AI-powered design, estimation, and visualization tools.

You understand and agree:

  • AI outputs are estimates and visual simulations only

  • Final measurements, installation methods, pricing, and compliance are your responsibility

  • IllumiPro does not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated results

Use professional judgment before relying on AI-generated designs or calculations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and technology used in IllumiPro Designer+ are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your business purposes only.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us permission to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Platform.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of IllumiPro Designer+ is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We do not sell your personal or business data.

8. Third-Party Services

IllumiPro Designer+ may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, mapping tools).

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or availability. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

  • Perform maintenance or updates

  • Modify or discontinue features

  • Temporarily suspend access for security or operational reasons

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

IllumiPro Designer+ is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Accuracy of designs or estimates

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

You use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IllumiPro Designer+ and its owners shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or business opportunities

  • Installation errors or damages

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IllumiPro Designer+ from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your installations, designs, or business operations

  • Your violation of these Terms

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in misuse or abuse of the Platform

  • Fail to pay required fees

Upon termination, access to the Platform will cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
